Geomview "bug"/improvement request

Geomview chokes on empty QUAD files, for example

	{LIST
	{QUAD
	0 0 0  1 0 0  1 1 0  0 1 0
	0 0 1  1 0 1  1 1 1  0 1 1
	}
	{QUAD
	}
	}

Here the empty QUAD object is enclosed in braces, and the previous object
defines a nondegenerate bounding box.  The error messages are rather cryptic:

	Error <1>: ListImport: couldn't read embedded object in ./obj.list
	File: liststream.c, Line: 60

	Error <1>: ListImport: couldn't read embedded object in ./obj.list
	File: liststream.c, Line: 60

	Error <0>: Can't load ./obj.list
	File: main.c, Line: 125

and I don't get the other part of the list which is OK.

Could it have a totally bulletproof input reader?  So that no matter what
you feed in, it either constructs a legitimate object and displays it,
or prints a helpful error message and displays as much as possible.
