I haven't investigated the code for any of these yet, just noting them
so they don't get forgotten.

The Load panel (large one with file browser and Replace/Add buttons at least)
frequently WRITES TO the files it's asked to read from. [Uninitialized
variable?]

The Cancel button on the tiny Load panel (invoked with "<" key)
seems to cancel itself via FORMS directly rather than updating the
panel table. Result is a FORMS error occuring some time later,
complaining of a request to hide an already-hidden form.

"echo" command now typically reports an error that there's no output stream
to write to. Beats crashing, but writing to stdout would be better still.

Nathaniel reports spherical-mode motion looks strange somehow on their VGX.
[Looks fine here on noneuclid and on their Indigo.] VGX time is hard to get
these days but we should check it.
