# A more reasonable vect format

VECT
5 7 # number of vertices, number of polyvertex lines

0 0 0 # vertices with color optional
1 0 0
1 1 0
0 1 0
.5 .5 .5 1 1 1 # this vertex is white

2 0 1 1 0 0	# lines with color optional
3 1 2 3 0 1 0 # color on a line overrides individual vertex color
2 3 0 0 0 1
2 0 4 # these 4 lines are smoothly shaded
2 1 4 # since each endpoint is a different color
2 2 4
2 3 4

# The effect is a pyramid where the base is red on one side
# blue on two sides and green on the remaining side. Then,
# each line going from the base to the summit is smoothly
# shaded between the color of the base vertex and the color
# of the summit vertex.
