Hi Tamara, 

Maybe this should really have gone to software but since I think 
it is Charlie and yourself that deal with this file I've sent it to 
you first. 

Earlier today I tried copying the contents of the example directory
into my own directory and modifying the Makefiles in the "obvious ways"
(l. 324-326 tutorial.tex). While it was reasonably obvious to me that
I had to change "GEOM = ../../.." to "GEOM =" GEOM and likewise in
O.sgi, it was less obvious to me that I then had to type "make
depend". Perhaps both these things should be spelt out in any case.

Also noticed:
l.119 ".. and External .." should read ".. an External .."

l.249 there's a strange character following the word "UpdateOOGL."

l.324 "comments" should read "contents" 

l.328 delete the words "simple copy" 

(Hmm, time it took me to write that I could have changed it myself..
Oh well)
