All the new picking code should be usable

All the library things now successfully use Fred.  The version of
drawer.c that I just checked in uses the new pick code to supply such
vital information as the index of the picked face and the path through
a hierarchical object which will take you to the picked
primitive.  The (pick yes) command has been replaced by (interest
(pick)) which has a somewhat long and involved syntax - see the pick
routine of drawer.c for limited documentation.
