Exciting new command!

I added a command to comm.c called emodule-transmit which has the
syntax 
(emodule-transmit name string) 
name is the name of a running
external module.  string gets put in that module's standard input.  I
also added hooks to warp so that most of its functionality can be
accessed through lisp commands, which may be sent through
emodule-transmit.  Thus, it can be controlled by another external
module.  How fun!
