geomview PATH

I have been using geomview on my silicongraphics iris. Now I want
to set it up so that other users on the machine can also use
geomview. I tried setting a PATH as follows

set path=(/usr/local/bin $path)
set path=(/usr/apps/geomview $path)

but when I type
                geomview
from any directory except the one it is stored in, I get the message

/usr/apps/geomview/gemmview: ./bin/sgi/gvx: not found

I interprete this to mean that it can find geomview but it can not
find gvx. Does the program look for gvx in some
special place?

What folders (bin, data) does geomview need to be connected to
in order to run?

Any help you could would be most appreciated.
Many thanks,
	Victor Donnay

ps. Is there a version of geomview that runs
on Suns?
