FAT Geomview for NeXTSTEP

We are in the process of doing this right now. It should not take more than
a day or two to clean this up and get it ready, so start looking for the
official release then.

Thanks for the info on the problems with the pre-release. I probably would
not have caught the fact that OOGL.m and Geomview.m were missing!
