Geomview for X11 on Solaris 2.x

Hello,

I have brought over the X11-beta release of Geomview to try out.  Our
environment has some Sparcstation-10s running SunOS 4.1.3 and a
Sparcserver-1000 running Solaris 2.2.  Geomview ran fine on 4.1.3.  It came up
properly under Solaris 2.2 (running the 4.1.3 binary in compatibility mode),
but got a segmentation violation when I tried to open a file.

What is the status of support for Solaris 2.2?  Your README-beta file said
that it "should compile properly under Solaris 2.x" but your distribution
doesn't include source for the X11 version.

Thanks for any information you can provide vis a vis Solaris 2.x.
