Re: Final release of Geomview 1.4.1



I just read more carefully the announcement of 1.4.1, and noted that
someone fixed a bug involving renderman snapshots of conformal models.
This presumably means that the renderman snapshot actually shows the
same picture as on the screen.  When I was working on some of the
conformal model stuff, we had always said it would be nice to add
a feature to dump out a geomview object in the position in Euclidean
space shown on the screen.  It sounds like the renderman dump must
do the same work that this feature would require, so I'm wondering
if there's now a way to dump the model geomview object (or if not,
if someone could easily now do that).  It would certainly be useful.
