compiling under 5.1

I had mentioned a problem with libforms.a (namely, that it's
not possible to link with the objects it contains if you are
running IRIX 5.1). Since then I've gotten an original forms-2.0
distribution from Mark Overmars & have applied the patches
successfully -- almost. The libforms.a as shipped contains
two objects, edit.o and fract.o which aren't mentioned in
FORMS-2.0-PATCHES. And the forms.h as shipped is quit a bit
different from the forms.h you get from patching (to accomodate
these modules, presumably.)

At any rate Geomview seems not to need these two objects because
it can link with the libforms-2.0+.a as I made it. There were
two other minor bugs (1-line changes) that had to be made
for the other parts to compile.

I have some other comments on installation (one striking one
being that the module I'm most interested in, the CellularAutomata
one, doesn't seem to exist anywhere) but I have to get the
Strassenbahn right now.
