examples

Oh gosh.  How utterly embarrassing!  Sorry about this.  There are two
files in the distribution called "tetra.off" and "dodec.off" that you
can use instead; they are virtually the same as the "tetra" and
"dodec" examples mentioned in the tutorial.  I meant to include
"tetra" and "dodec" in the distribution but must have forgotten;
you're the first person to point this out.  Thanks for letting us know
about this!

For the record, the "tetra" and "dodec" files that the manual uses
are below.
