Oh, what a fun question.  Here's an approximately-current answer.


OOGL:	46671	(without GL, Next, X11 MG drivers, and not counting Geomview)
		(this does include all the libraries we distribute, some of
		 which doesn't actually go into geomview, like your plutil
		 libraries.  Doesn't include libraries we don't distribute.)

Geomview GL:   17971  (13094 common + 2708 GL interface    + 2169 mg gl)
Geomview Next: 20948  (13094 common + 4386 Next interface  + 3468 mg ri)
Geomview X11:  20277  (13094 common + 5050 Motif interface + 2093 mg X11)


So:
    in any one version of geomview, roughly	66000 lines.
    for all versions together:			79621 lines.

This doesn't count any of the external modules.  Counts only *.[chm]
source files, not Makefiles, shell scripts, etc.
