There's a list of computer languages on the Web at  
http://cui_www.unige.ch/langlist (maintained by Bill Kinnersley  
<billk at hawk.cs.ukans.edu>) which includes the following entry:

OOGL
   Object-Oriented Graphics Language. 1970's. [?]

Maybe one of the "old-timers" could send him a brief history and  
description.  I guess you can take it as praise that people think  
that OOGL has "always been there", so to speak...
