geometric algorithms

Hi:

I am investigating the use of Geomview in animating geometric 
algorithms. Without Geomview I would do the following:

1. Develop a library of animation operations
2. Mix geometric algorithm and anim operation calls in
   a program
3. Run the program to get desired effect
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each geomatric algorithm 
   I want to animate.

Is it possible (and how) to use Geomview to reduce the complexity
incurred by step 1 ? Thank you,
