If youfolk construe nitpicks as positive contributions
rather than bothersome criticism:

  lisp.3:
    allows both the syntax (for parsing) and the sematics (for evaluation)

Hmm. No more nits in that file :).  Very nice coding structure,
I don't think I've seen any non-GNU copyleft code this nice
before.  (If you know of oodles more, I'd be happy to hear
about it.:)
