Perhaps the texi2html command that converts the manual into HTML  
properly should be put in the Geomview makefiles?

Have any section numbers changed in the new manual?  I think there  
may still be some links directly to section 6 (the OOGL manual).  We  
made a symbolic link to it (docs/software/viz/geomview/ooglman.html),  
though, so these can be fixed once and for all...
