Thanks for bringing this to our attention. These files were
inadvertently left out of the standard SGI package.  We've made a
patch. From the pub/software/geomview/README on geom.umn.edu:

    geomview-1.5.0-patch1.tar.Z
        This patch provides some files that are missing from all of
        the above distributions and which are necessary in order
        to run certain external modules.  In particular, you need
        to get this file if you want to run the NDview, NDdemo,
        and Not Knot Flythrough modules.
