re; gvogl.tar; geomview for DEC Alpha with OpenGL.

Sorry to bug you, but MGD_OPENGL is undefined (e.g., in mgopengl.c), and I
do not see MGD_OPENGL defined anywhere in the source tree, so I couldn't
figure out a next step.

Here's what I did:

I dropped gvogl on top of a fresh geomview-src, set the following
parameters, and did make all.

In mk.alpha:
  CPU = alpha
  MACHTYPE = x11
  GVTYPE = x11
  MGTYPE = -DMGGL

In Makedefs.global
  CPU = alpha
  COPTS = -O
  MKFILEDIR = .

I have a log of the "make all" output if that would help.
