[ REQ 5439]: installing forms

Pardon my stupid question, but I just tried to install Forms-2.0+ on my
SGI Indigo2. I downloaded it, unpacked it, etc. but when trying to run
the Makefile from the subdirectory of my home directory it created I
got an error message:

/usr/people/wmg/forms-2.0+>>make
        (cd FORMS; make all)
        cc -O -c box.c
cfe: Error: ./forms.h: 27: Cannot open file gl/gl.h for #include
*** Error code 1 (bu21)

make: fatal error.
*** Error code 1 (bu21)

make: fatal error.


I couldn't find  gl/gl.h on my machine however.
