[ REQ 5463]: libstubdrw.a, pssnap

Hi,

pssnap won't work from, the loader won't get the right 
file.  I am trying to compile it, which is going pretty good,
except we do not have libstubdraw.a installed on the system here.
So everything is great until it tries to link, then fatal
errors at that point.

Where can I get the code to build this library?
