The SGI GL version does handle concave polygons.  Getting concave
polygons right is a tricky problem -- even OpenGL doesn't support
them directly.  It looks like you grabbed the SunOS version of
geomview, which uses our custom written renderer which assumes
the polygons are convex.  *sigh* I don't know what to suggest
other than not to give Geomview concave polygons.
