Basically, to run on Irix 6, you need at least Geomview executables compiled
under Irix 5 or later; the binaries we normally distribute were compiled under
Irix 4.  You can fetch a set of these from geom.umn.edu as:

    priv/slevy/Geomview-irix5.tar.gz

It's intended to be extracted from whatever directory Geomview was
installed under, so if Geomview is in /usr/local/Geomview, you could say

   gzip -d -c < Geomview-irix5.tar.gz | (cd /usr/local; tar xvfop -)

It overwrites the executables for geomview, and for all the modules which use
FORMS, with versions compiled under Irix 5.
