[ REQ 5985]: Where is ppopen.c?

I have obtained the source code for geomview/OOGL and have been tried
to compile it on XFree86/OS2. But I found that the file
"Geomview/src/lib/oogl/util/ppopen.c"
is missing in the distribution.  Please let me know where I can find the file.
BTW in general, I believe, Imakefile is prefered over tangled-up shell script
--which is not portable.  Will you kindly consider writing Imakefile in the
next release?
