I think it would be legal, but don't think it's possible; it appeared
that Sun distributes only shared-library versions of the Creator3D libGL,
at least on the systems I've had access to.  When I talked with the
Sun people, they didn't mind the fact that we were distributing binaries
linked with their libraries; I didn't ask whether they'd allow us to
distribute the libraries as well.  I believe they said that their OpenGL
libraries were being distributed for just the cost of media, so that a
right-to-use license was free.

How about this?  Talk to your local Sun office.  If they can't give you the
libraries themselves, can you ask them to write to us?  If they tell us that
it's OK with them for you to have the libraries, we can put them up (briefly)
for you to FTP.
