We don't have Maple Vr4 here, but someone sent us a patch for the
"gvplot.mapleV3" script (probably present in .../Geomview/maple if you
have a binary distribution, or .../Geomview/src/bin/geomutil/maple2oogl
if you fetched the Geomview source) which makes it work with release 4.
