[ REQ 6209]: Geomview v1.6.1 on SGI IRIX v6.3 R10000

I have been trying to build the Geomview pkg for a user that wants to make
use of it.

<P>I have a couple comments and a compile problem too.&nbsp; I have a set
of 3 SGI O2 boxes all running IRIX v6.3 R10000 (with R10000 MIPS @ 175
MHz).&nbsp; I have the SGI CC compiler.&nbsp; I can provide more details
of other installed software, etc. if you need it.

<P>First the comment.&nbsp; There are several places where the instructions
say to use the string "iris" where it should be "irix".&nbsp; E.g., the
makefiles/mk.irix4 file.&nbsp; The INSTALL file has some of these references
too.

<P>Second, I can not get past a lot of "unfound" libraries.&nbsp; It could
be that I don't have them installed (I am new to IRIX, have a longer history
with SunOS/Solaris), so please don't hesitate to consider this as an explanation.

<P>I have found that I do not have the following libraries:

<UL>c_s,&nbsp; Xm_s,&nbsp; X11_s, and Xt_s (essentially everything with
the name *_s)</UL>
I am not familiar with any of these *_s libraries so I can't even begin
to guess what they
