[ REQ 6261]: Graphics File Formats

Hello,

I'm trying to convert an *.off file which I am currently viewing in 
geomview to a format which can be read in AutoCAD (*.dxf,dxb,iges).  Are 
there converters for such tasks?  I've searched the web for information, 
and there seems to be more written on the various graphics file formats 
than actual converters which people can use.  These formats are all new 
to me.  So, I'd like to keep this solution as simple as possible.
