hardcpoy from geomview

Sorry to keep pounding you guys with questions, but is there any way to
get hard copy or postscript files from geomview of the stuff you draw?

Yes: the "snapshot" command takes a snapshot of a camera window in
.sgi format (i.e. "(snapshot c0 foo.sgi)"). Be sure the window is not
obscured by anything since it's actually taking a screen snapshot, as
opposed to the Postscript and Renderman snapshots discussed below,
which are just dumps of internal state.

We have a Postscript snapshot module that's still being cleaned up.
If you're working against some deadline we could maybe get it to you
before it's officially released. There's also (as yet undocumented)
support for Renderman .rib snapshots in some of the later releases:
try typing "RR" in a camera window and see if a file named geom.rib is
created.
