Anybody been having trouble with the camera library?

Besides me, that is.  When I ask for a perspective transformation
matrix, I get an orthographic transformation matrix.  When I ask
for an orthographic transformation matrix, I get something really odd.
I've changed a few things in my program so I'm not entirely sure where
the problem lies.  The routines I'm using are CamFLoad (to get a camera 
written out by Geomview) and CamGet to get CAM_W2C
