geomview error

You can specify appearances along with geometry which override
geomview's default behavior to give any effect you want.  To get edges
for VECTs but not for QUADs, you could change your files like so:
(here's an altered version of the file /u/morris/oogl/A1-.oogl)

LIST
{ appearance {-edge} = NQUAD BINARY
<blah blah binary edge data>
{appearance {+edge} VECT
