"pl" behavior

The key sequence "Pl", which is supposed to bring up the lights panel,
in fact brings up the light color selector if you have once used the
selector already.  I wonder if some GL winid is being incorrectly
remembered or is this the intended behavior?

Specifically, try the following:

% geomview
1. type "Pl" to bring up the lights panel
2. press "Color" button to bring up color selector for light 1
3. press "Cancel" button to dismiss the color selector
4. press "Done" in the lights panel to dismiss the lights panel
5. type "Pl" again; this time it brings up the color selector instead
   of the lights panel.
