OK, I've just repackaged all our mods against FORMS 2.0.  You can pick it up
as pub/forms-2.0+.tar.Z -- it's a copy of the geomview src/lib/forms directory,
plus source patches against raw FORMS 2.0 (available from
swedishchef.lerc.nasa.gov under libraries/FORMS).  If you'd rather have
a source distribution instead of the patches, let me know.
