[sullivan: polymerge and math2oogl]

Harold Parks has been using OOGL.m and polymerge -b
while he's here to produce evolver files from the output
of his program (which generates Mathematica graphics).
Thus he wanted to take these home with him, to run on his
Sparcs at Oregon State.

With a bit of help from Nathaniel, I was able to track down
the library routines that polymerge needed; there's now a Sparc
version in /u/sullivan/src/c/polymerge (which contains all the
files needed to compile it). It seems that it is ANSI C and that
the Sun C compiler can't handle it; I used gcc, but this probably
means that Parks won't be able to compile it at home.

For math2oogl, there was a mk.sun4os4 in the source directory, under
/u/gcg/ngrap, but evidently nobody had recently compiled it on Sparcs.
I had to add near the top of the file the lines
#ifndef FNONBLK
#define FNONBLK 0
#endif

since it seems there is no fctl for FNONBLK on the suns.
I hope this change doesn't ruin anything on other architectures.
This program seemed more self-contained.

-John
