Query from N.C. Narendra in India about Geomview

I responded to the email address research.trddc.ernet.in. 
I sent an excerpt from the manual telling what Geomview is
and how to get it via ftp.

He has specifically asked about getting it without using ftp, though,
so I suggested we could send a tape and asked what kind of tape
drive(s) he had.
