problem? in current NeXT geomview

I am using the lastest version I know of NeXT version of geomview (on
a color NeXT Tuyrbo). I just installed the version from the
anonymous ftp today.

If I type dimension4> geomview

I get the following messages on my terminal:
Reading MESH from "/LocalApps/Geomview.app/data/geom/": bad element
(170,0) of (44393,786433):
> END OF FILE

AND, when geomview comes up, it appears to have loaded a geom
(invisible, and with no name) since there is a nameless entry (g[1])
in the browser.

(This does not happen if if double click on a geom icon.)

I went to the trouble of saving it and here is what I got:

{ LIST # World list

{ #

  INST   geom {appearance {
	 -edge
}
geom { }
} } # end (geom and INST)

} #end of World List
