Right now, geomview runs only on the SGI Iris using GL and on Nextstep
(on Next hardware and 486 PC's) using quick renderman -- not on a Sun.

However someone else here (Daeron Meyer) is working on an X11 version,
which can run on Suns, and is close to a beta release of that.
I'll let him speak...
