NDview

Hi folks,
	I just got the latest version of the NDview program, and gave the
demo a run through. It works nicely apart from the 2 points and the
2 squares didn't seem to work. I also got some error mesages while it was 
running, these are listed at the bottom of the post. Also, I not sure
if this is a bug, when I quit the demo both camera windows were deleted.
I'm using geomview 1.4.1.
