printing a FORMS panel

Hi, I just sent a note similar to this one to Tamera Munzner at the Geometry
Center, but I have just noticed that Mark Phillips or someone else may be
able to answer my question more easily.  I wrote a module for Geomview.
It is just a FORMS panel like the other modules that come with Geomview.
I would like to include a picture of the panel in a paper I am writing.
In the Geomview manual, there are several
pictures of panels in Geomview.  How can I create a picture like these to be
included in my paper?  My paper is a latex document, which is what I'm guessing
you used to write the Geomview manual.  I'm working on a Silicon Graphics
indigo 2 if that makes any difference.  Thanks for your help.
