Re: printing a FORMS panel

Here's a brief recipe:

   - Use "snapshot" (/usr/sbin) to grab the section of screen where
the panel(s) are. You'd say something like "snapshot panel.sgi",
plant tiny snapshot window somewhere outside of the panel you want,
move mouse into snapshot window, press and hold some key e.g. ALT,
move mouse to one corner of panel, click and drag mouse across panel,
return to snapshot window, use right-mouse menu to save snapshot.
   - Use "tops -eps panel.sgi > panel.ps" to convert the SGI image file
	to encapsulated postscript.
   - If snapshot and/or tops aren't on your machine, get them off the SGI
distribution disk -- they're free but not loaded by default,
	in something like eoe2.sw.gltools.
   - Include the postscript figure in whatever style your tex setup provides.
This depends on the program you use to convert dvi -> postscript.
