DXF to OFF?

 Condolences and congratulations, in that order. Nobody here has
gotten around to writing such a thing. On the other hand, I've only
glanced at the archive at avalon.chinalake.navy.mil, where a number of
converters and objects have been collected. 
 Since you last wrote, Geomview has been upgraded a few times. You
might want to grab the new version. What's your project about?
