geomview-x11 with AIX3.2

I just downloaded your latest source for geomview-x11 to use on our Sun
(SunOS 4.1.3, Sparc2's and 10's) and IBM (AIX 3.2, 320H's and 375H).
The programs compiled and linked with some minor warnings on both
systems. I made no changes to the mk.rs6000 and mk.sun files.

Everything works just fine on the Sun's, but the IBM's coredumped when
we tried to display objects of any complexity. I debugged and determined
that the alloca calls were failing. I read in the info pages on alloca and
pragma that, when using alloca under AIX, you must either use the
"#pragma alloca" directive or the -ma compiler switch. I think we have a
fairly current version of AIX and the xlc compiler.

I recompiled with the -ma switch and everything works just fine. There is
probably some performance tradeoff here (the pragma directive may help speed),
but the simple solution for me is to use the -ma switch. Perhaps you know
of some other way around this problem?

Thanks,
	- andy
