We don't have an Irix 5 version of the library on hand, but you can get
the source and compile it yourself.  The FORMS library we use (based on
FORMS 2.0 with a number of patches) is up for anonymous FTP from geom.umn.edu
as pub/software/forms-2.0+.all.tar.Z.

After compiling, copy the library both to .../Geomview/lib/sgi/libforms.a
and to .../Geomview/src/lib/forms/libforms.a.  It's used in the former location
but is copied there from the latter during the build process.
