Yes, this was correct.

This is something that was added after the source distribution
was made.  To fix this, get worldio.tar.Z from
ftp://ftp.geom.umn.edu/priv/trowley and unpack it in
${GEOM}/src/bin/geomview/common.  Then copy worldio.h to
${GEOM}/include.
