Yes. You can have 1000 instances of the "SPHERE" OOGL data type as
subparts of the "LIST" OOGL data type. It would look something like
this:

{LIST
 SPHERE .2 0 0 0
 SPHERE .3 1 0 0
 SPHERE .25 1 1 .5

(etc...)
}

The LIST data type is just a collection of other OOGL objects, and the
SPHERE data type takes a radius and (x,y,z) coordinates of its center.

There is not currently any such conversion program that I know of, but
if you're a programmer you could write one without too much work.
