Yes.  We don't implement the stereo-in-a-window capability, but we do support
full-screen stereo, and we're told it does work with CrystalEyes.
(We have instead a Tektronix active-screen+passive-glasses setup, and it
works for that too.) Look in the geomview module list for "Stereo",
and select its "Hardware stereo" mode.

There is also a converter that writes AVS "UCD" (unstructured cell data)
files, in case that turns out to be easier.  Look for the command-line
program "anytoucd".
