[ REQ 6617]: geomview middle button

Hi - first thing is that I've been using geomview for some robotics
research for the past year and it has been _very_ helpful.  Thanks for a
great tool.  My problem at the moment is that I'm working on a machine
that does not have a middle mouse button.  It's awfully tempting to just
edit the source, but before I did I wanted to know if there is a clean way
to reconfigure geomview to accept some other input for a middle click.

if it matters, i'm using Geomview 1.6.1 on a Solaris 2.5.1 x86 box.
