rectangular ZMESHes



There was a bug in the processing of ZMESHes in geomview 1.1 and earlier.
It assigned X and Y values to the grid points as if the array were transposed,
making a complete mess of non-square meshes.  I think it's fixed in the current
geomview release (1.2.1), so you could re-FTP and re-install geomview.

Alternatively you could use ordinary MESHes with explicit X and Y values
rather than ZMESHes.
