info on GeomView

Dear Geomview Authors:

I am using Geomview, release 1.3.2, on a SiliconGraphics  workstation for
volumetric data visualization. For my implementation I need to
visualize points with normals and colors. Unfortunately in this
release it seems that there is not an appropriate OOGL object format.
 I tried with CNOFF format, representing the points as one-point-
polygons, but in this case I could not obtain a good coloring. I am
also interested in the possibilities of Geomview  system to presents
objects with transparency.

I will be very grateful if you let me know whether the new release of
Geomview is already done and, if yes, how can I receive it.
