appearances on NeXT geomview

I want to look at some things in a certain way with csmooth shading.
( Examples I am currently looking are as in my directory
/u/roseman/mix3 as *.4off(.Z). )

Since I have to do this frequently, I have made a .geomview file
listed below. Everyting seems to work except the csmooth shading.

The inspector pannel indicates that csmooth shading has been
selected, but the objects are seen with flat shading. If I click on
the (seemingly already selected) csmooth shading in the
Inspector--the csmooth shading IS used.

I am uncertain if this is a syntax problem with my file or a geomview
problem. In any case it is a minor problem.

(In case it matters, I am using a black machine with NeXDStep 3.0. I
hope to be upgrading to 3.2 by the end of the week.)
